action research reflection

Overall, developing an action research has been an eye opening experience for me. I have learned that action research is a tremendous tool for a principal. The action research is a continuous work in progress. Even when you think you are done with a research, it only opens the door for other inquiry questions from your research. I will try to use action research for the rest of my leadership career.
